เป็นการนวดแผนไทย เสริมด้วยการใช้ลูกประคบสมุนไพรอุ่น วิธีการนวดด้วยการใช้ลูกประคบที่บรรจุด้วยสมุนไพรนานาชนิด ซึ่งมีฤทธิ์ในการบรรเทาอาการปวด เมื่อย ตึง เกร็ง รวมถึงอาการเคล็ด ขัดยอก หรืออาการอักเสบของกล้ามเนื้อ ผสานกับการใช้ความร้อนจากการนึ่ง ทำให้มีน้ำมันหอมระเหยซึ่งจะพาตัวยาออกมากับไอน้ำและความชื้น เมื่อนำไปประคบตามส่วนต่าง ๆ ของร่างกายจะช่วยผ่อนคลายกล้ามเนื้อและพังผืด จึงช่วยบรรเทาอาการปวด บวมและอักเสบของกล้ามเนื้อได้ The herbal compresses are prepared by steaming them until they are warm and aromatic.
